Bring Out Yer Funnels...

Dust off your funnels, and bring out yer dead, because it's time to start preparing for Alpha Sigma Sigma, Omega Chapter's 24-hour Last-Ditch Freshman Rush!


And this September, the brothers and sisters of Alpha Sigma Sigma, Omega Chapter, are throwing one very special, last-ditch effort to save our beloved residence hall, Random, from the threat of a culture that has already snuffed out so much potential for individual greatness with its ever-growing spread of assimilation. All who are interested in a classy good time, a crude good time, or something in between, all with that distinct touch of modern nerd, are invited to come to Alpha Sigma Sigma's Last-Ditch Freshman Rush, but at the request of event coordinators, you are respectfully requested to check your high horses, twinkie vocabulary, meowing, and ugly blonde girlfriends at the door. Complimentary valet parking for horses will be available upon request, disposal services will be available for the rest. Security will be enforced. Bids will be issued at the end of the festivities. Those who are interested in learning more about Alpha Sigma Sigma, Omega Chapter are encouraged to visit our webpages (the link which will be posted once the site is no longer under construction). In the meantime, questions may be posted with the "leave a comment" button link below, and either myself or my fellow event coordinator, Carsten, will hopefully reply.
As for those of you who are already brothers and sisters of our fine Community Disservice Fraternity, I fully expect all of you out there to chip in with some great ideas on how to make our 24-hour Last-Ditch Freshman Rush a success, and one really excellent party, to boot. Donations for the cause would also be greatly appreciated. Post all ideas below. And I need your opinion: would a Go-Go dancing orangutan in a bikini be a good idea, or not?
Events that I hope to consider as a viable for our rush:
- sober boffing on the roofdeck (no one needs to lose an eye over this)
- drunken Tetris
- assorted classical, opera, rude, bagpipe and other celtic/ethnic music over the lush new soundsystem soon to be installed in ASS Hindquarters
- Animal House and P.C.U. (mandatory showings)
- drunken D&D (with rotating DM?)
- a trip to Sunny's, the original greasy-spoon diner (to push off that upset stomach from a night of partying)
- open mic jazz piano lounge, for a classier side of things
- bad hentai
- bacon candlemaking workshop (and hourly bacon cooking sessions), for the SCA in all of us
- midnight game of Sheepies (a game through Killian Court - rules available upon request, as I just wrote up an entire text file for this original game I invented about 10 minutes ago whilst sick and hopped up on headache medicine)
- LAN party/coding party

All of this, I hope to be hosted by our very own Alpha-holic, Carsten, in a Hefner-style bathrobe.
Apparently, this is what happens when I'm sick and take a day off from work.
